DZRT is a Saudi-made nicotine pouch brand that supports smokers in quitting cigarettes and vaping, aligned with Vision 2030.
They approached us to understand why their website was underperforming in sales compared to other sales channels.

We began with a comprehensive UX audit of DZRT’s existing website, uncovering usability issues, visual inconsistencies, and missed opportunities to communicate the brand's DZRT experience.
We examined real user behavior using heatmaps, scroll-depth analysis, and customer feedback to identify friction points and better understand how users explore the site.
Based on research, we created a UX concept that makes content easier to find, simplifies ordering, and highlights key products using clear layout and wireframes.
With a solid structure in place, I created a clean, modern UI system that reflects DZRT’s crafted, high-quality aesthetic—emphasizing elegance, clarity, and mobile-first responsiveness.
We built and tested an interactive prototype to validate core user flows, such as browsing bestsellers and starting an order, ensuring smooth interactions across devices.
The outcome is a refined, conversion-driven website experience for DZRT—designed to boost engagement, build trust, and reflect the indulgent.

We began by exploring the current product to understand the brand, its goals, and the key challenges in the user experience. This helped us define what needed attention.
